Photo from princeakpah (4)Laureen Tsenuokpor is a self-motivated young woman who is passionately driven to impact to people the right mental attitudes needed to live. She is an enthusiastic Counselor and motivational speaker whose main objective is to assist individuals, especially young women become psychologically mature and capable enough for realising their potentials, develop abilities needed for self-understanding, self-motivation, self-direction and ultimately, self-actualization. She aims at finding realistic and workable solutions to people’s problems by helping gain insight into themselves, so that they are able to utilize their own potentials and opportunities. To actualise all these, she focuses mostly on; self-development and personal growth, attitudinal change, developing the right mental attitude towards life, overcoming low self-esteem, challenges in relationships and in life.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Sociology, and has training in the following areas;

  • Executive Certificate in Counseling: College of Counselling and Psychology, Trinity Theological Seminary, Legon)
  • Advanced Executive certificate in Business Administration
  • Business Administration and strategic Management
  • Effective Human Resource Management
  • Records Management and Aspects of Office Administration: (All in Ghana)
  • Plus Project Monitoring and Evaluation Strategies – South Africa, Pretoria (2015)
  • Strategic skills for Administrative Professionals in South Africa, Pretoria (2016)
  • Executive Training in Corporate Human Resource and entrepreneurial development

  • Participant in the Young African Women Congress YAWC -2016

She has held positions as the Accra Regional Headquarters Young Women division leader for Soka Gakkai International – Ghana, and as the Assistant Young Women Division Leader also for SGI. She has served on various committees for SGI’S programs and events, as well as headed the Accommodation Committee several times for S.GI’s Youth Seminars held at Bunso in Ghana. She has worked with Ministry of Defence and is currently with GIFEC (Ghana Investment Fund for Electronic Communications as an Assistant Administrative Manager.

She is also the CEO of LAUNAIRES CONSULT.
